We are planning to go to Williamsburg this Wednedsday with 12 & 14 year old kids. DD loves roller coasters and wants to do 2 days at Busch Gardens. My kids really don't care about the historic part of Williamsburg.
There is also a Zipline place called Going Ape which I thought that we could all try. Do we really need 2 full days at BG to get the full enjoyment or should 1 day be enough? I was planning on going to the park Thursday, maybe Friday, we are coming home Saturday. Also is it worth it to get the Quick Que passes? Thanks! |
One day is fine. And yes, get the Quick Que. Totally worth it.
We did 1day at Busch Gardens and 1 day at the nearby Water Country USA. I had not realized I was a water park person, but we got there right when it opened and stayed until closing. Kids and parents absolutely loved both places.
One day is fine and I think you'll be fine without the Quick Que since you're going mid-week. We've never bought one (going mid-week) and lines were manageable.
You don't need the Quick Queue, get there when the gates open and you will cover most of the park within 6 hours.
Thanks for all of your help. I'm buying 1 day tickets for Thursday, no Quick Que passes. I'm also going to check out the Going Ape Zipline for Friday.
