I just tried pottery barn kids and their website sucks plus all of the items I want are not available until October. WTheck?
Anyway, I am hoping for something lavender and subtle; maybe little owls, hearts, butterflies. prefer soft 100% cotton, buy online. Ideas? Thanks, Amazon overwhelmed me so if you suggest amazon, please please please provide link. |
| Looking for a kids' pattern in queen size may be tough. Check Bed Bath & Beyond and Overstock - filter by queen, purple, cotton, etc. |

We got exactly what you're looking for...at Pottery Barn Kids:
http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/hayley-quilted-bedding/ Not available anymore but I see links on ebay. |

What about Land of Nod?
http://m.landofnod.com/folktale-forest-bedding/f17405 They also have solid basics. |
| My guess is the issue is most toddlers don't have a Queen bed...! |

PP - sorry meant to give this link.
http://m.landofnod.com/handblocked-bedding/f17754 Though it still may be too strong of a pattern given you wanted subtle. |
NP. No need to be judgy. We also are looking for queen sheets for a 3 year old. Because we are moving our 3 yo into a queen bed (currently a guest bed) when the new baby comes and takes 3 yo's toddler bed (which is really a crib with the front taken off). |
| Try the wrinkle-free sheets from LL Bean. Or the soft super sheets from Target. |
I had the exact same thought - not trying to be judgemental but "little kid" colors and prints are hard to find in Q sizes. |
OP here; that's exactly what went down in our house. Except for the new baby part. Old guests complain old guest bed too hard, tot bed kept falling apart. 3 yr old gets massive big girl bed; old guests get new squishy mattress and all I want are some sheets that look *slightly* girly. I like a relaxing room (all of them) so like soft, sleep-inspiring colors and patterns... Thanks for the links PP. I love them but don't love the price. I might get over that soon though... |

Lavender hearts at PBK
http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/organic-heart-sheeting-girl/?pkey=dgirls-sheeting&&dgirls-sheeting Target's Pillowfort collection has some cute things http://www.target.com/p/ruched-comforter-set-pillowfort/-/A-50356702 http://www.target.com/p/pinch-pleat-comforter-set-pillowfort/-/A-50486772 |
| Check Target. I'm the PP moving my 3 y/o into a queen bed soon, and I have been eyeing Target's sheets. They have more "kid-like" patterns than other stores. |
| Maybe look for solid sheet sets and duvet cover and then add butterfly or heart shams or accent pillows? |
of course! WHy didn't I think of that? maybe I"ll do basic bedding and girl-a-fy with carpets, walls, clothes, dolls, stuffed animals,... |
