Most of you may have seen the flood of PR manufactured photos of Taylor Swift with her new beau globe trotting, hands tightly clasped together for all the paparazzi to capture, conveniently sitting next to restaurant windows, photo ops with both sets of parents etc etc.
Who knows why they're taking the media by storm with their new union, but one thing that just won't go away despite how many photo ops Taylor provides for the paps, is Kanye West.

Mr. and Mrs. West are done with Taylor Swift's faux "nice girl" image and are calling her out about her two-faced public persona.

Per EW:

The Kanye West-Taylor Swift feud is rearing its head yet again — this time, with some help from West’s wife Kim Kardashian. In GQ’s new cover story, Kardashian claims that, like West has said, Swift knew about the line in which he raps, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? Because I made that bitch famous,” in his song “Famous” before it debuted.

“She totally approved that,” Kardashian said. “She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn’t. I swear, my husband gets so much s— for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.”

After West debuted The Life of Pablo and “Famous,” Swift’s rep responded to the lyric immediately, saying that Swift had warned West against using a verse with such a “strong misogynistic message.” Then, West took to Twitter to say that he and Swift had an “hour long convo” about the line, and had approved it.

Kardashian also claims that the “convo” he’s referring to was videotaped by West’s camp. (She says the rapper keeps camera crews around while making all of his albums for posterity and a possible documentary.) Kardashian also claims that when Swift’s team learned about the footage, “They sent an attorney’s letter like, ‘Don’t you dare do anything with that footage,’ and asking us to destroy it.”

But when Swift won Album of the Year at the Grammys, she used her acceptance speech to call out people who “try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame,” which many took to be a dig at West. According to Kardashian, they were shocked by Swift’s response, claiming that she and West had actually joked about how she would respond to the lyric at the Grammys during the allegedly taped phone call.

“It was funny because [on the call with Kanye, Taylor] said, ‘When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all the media is going to think that I’m so against this, and I’ll just laugh and say, ‘The joke’s on you, guys. I was in on it the whole time,’” Kardashian said. “And I’m like, wait, but [in] your Grammy speech, you completely dissed my husband just to play the victim again.”

How does Taylor Swift respond:

Swift’s team shared a statement with GQ refuting Kardashian’s claims, saying that Swift couldn’t have approved the song since she hadn’t heard it. “Kim Kardashian’s claim that Taylor and her team were aware of being recorded is not true, and Taylor cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone,”

If that wasn't enough Kanye now released a music video to his song, "Famous" featuring a nude, Taylor Swift Lookalike.

Taylor hasn't commented yet but a small part of me is quite please to watch someone finally stand up to the Taylor Swift Hollwyood Industrial Complex. Her image is so manufactured. And im exited for crazt Kanye to call her on her b.s!

All of these people are marketed. I refuse to buy. Yes, I will listen to a song if it appeals to my tastes, but the rest of the package is not something I could invest in. None of them do anything publicly that doesn't forward their brand; including their staged feuds. If that part of their packaging appeals to you then consume away, but don't think most intelligent people are fooled.

Being surprised that an adult could actually care enough about any of this is not thick. Most people are only sucked in to celebrity bullshit when they are tweens or young teenagers. Then they grow up. You should try it.
