If it's Colesville/Silver Spring area, Ebaugh and Sons are great. I'm not sure if they'll go further into MoCo though. It's worth a call. They won't fleece you and do excellent work.

I'm not the OP, but may I ask a question about Davis and Davis? I was thinking of switching to them, because the company I use now never fails to drive me crazy, but, when I called to inquire about D&D's services, they couldn't seem to guarantee that they had an emergency after-hours service. (You know how the rule is that everything breaks late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend.) As much as I despise my current company, they have consistently come out after-hours to fix heat or a/c when it was necessary due to an emergency. Does PP have any word on D&D's emergency service? Thanks.
