cost of liposuction?

Please don't get lipo!

If you are eating healthy and getting some physical activity in, your thighs are wear the should be. If you are not - your thighs will go right back.

The thing with lipo is it does not get rid of fat cells - your body will just crave to fill that area again. It's not a good solution.

And by the way, you should have some inner thigh jiggle!

I have to disagree with ^^. I had lipo done about 10 years ago on my inner and outer thighs. Best $3000 I ever spent! It never came back, and I can still knock my knees together and my thighs have more than 1 inch gap between them at the top. They do not touch, which is miraculous at 40! Now, jiggle.... well, maybe!

But all the horror stories about it coming back or reappearing somewhere else (like your arms or stomach) aren't true if you just corrected a saddlebag problem. If you're overweight all over, then fixing your thighs is not the solution. But if you have specific body issues with your thighs (I had saddlebags on a 120 lb frame at 5'7) then you should be fine for many years to come by fixing this one thing.

A good PS should be able to tell you if you're a good candidate for lipo. Good luck!

I had it done with the new vasser. It's a smaller version that doesn't damage your muscle tissue. I think it may be more expensive but it's so much better.
