Enrollment Deadlines?

| We didn't get matched anywhere for PK3, but just found out we got a spot off the wait list at Apple Tree Lincoln Park, our safety school. There are still several schools we are holding out hope for that we have higher ranked. How long can I sit on this spot? Do I risk losing it if I don't enroll within a certain amount of time or can I just let it ride until the last minute? Thanks! |

| If this match is lower than your other spots, then you can enroll now and still be on the wait list for the Others. If not, re-rank your results and out AT last. That way you remain on the other school's wait lists. This is what we did and then managed to get into our number 2 choice. Don't risk losing the spot. |

agree with PP. You must enroll but if your other schools are ranked high you can change if you get off those lists.
Pro tip: save copies of the registration docs including B medical forms in case you are enrolling at several schools in succession. |

Also, when we got an offer from a waitlist the email from Myschooldc had an enrollment deadline. The default is five business days, I believe.
Take the spot and stay on other waitlists. |

| Enroll immediately so you don't lose the spot. You can still accept an offer from the ones you are holding out for - enrolling won't drop you off of their waitlists. |

| Interesting to hear this. Our WL# at Appletree LP for PK3 has stayed the same for weeks now, so I'm happy to hear it's moving. |

Ditto. We've been stuck at #60, and only have moved like 5 spots since the original lottery pull for PK3. I was starting to feel hopeless, but maybe things will move again? Although we're pretty far down there...

OP, what was your waitlist number? Like previous posters, our waitlist number has remained stagnant at AT for the past couple of weeks, so I'm curious to see how far down the waitlist they've made it (since it seems there's movement that hasn't been reflected on the myschooldc website yet).
