Did a letter go home to ES parents this week about PARCC?

I saw a friend this morning and she mentioned getting a letter from BOE that came home yesterday in her oldest child's backpack about the PARCC or PARCC testing. It seemed like a generic letter meant for ES families. My youngest is in MS. It definitely wasn't specific for her child.
Did anyone else get this letter? Just curious what BOE is trying to convey. |

I think all students got it. Mine in HS did.
Lame that it is about last year's test results. I hope in the future the PARCC results will be released publicly much more quickly. |
