Olney Elementary--after care options

| We are moving to Olney in August and will be assigned to OES. I was surprised (and disappointed) to learn that there is no after care program at the school. Does anyone have children at OES? What do you do for before care/after care? Thanks! |

| I think a lot of kids get bussed to centers in the area like chesterbrook, Brooke grove children's center and maybe kindercare. Also there are some licensed home daycares that take kids after school. |

PP is correct- the kids would ride a school bus to the home day care providers or Chesterbrook/ KinderCare/etc have their own buses. You can also join their PTA page or the OBX (Olney-Brookeville Exchange) yahoo group listserve and see if anyone is looking to provide afterschool care.
