psychologist/therapist recommendation

Can anyone recommend a good psychologist or therapist in the downtown DC or Alexandria areas? I am really struggling - have always had issues with mild depression and anxiety but am feeling very overwhelmed by it now after a miscarriage and the stress of TTC.

Call your fertility place and ask for recommendations - some even have group meetings or a counselor who works with them.
