I am looking for therapist recommendations and dbt program recommendations in the DC area for my 20 year old daughter. She recently let me know that she has been feeling extremely depressed. Can anyone provide some suggestions and approximate cost ( without insurance and with insurance reimbursement). I am also looking for a psychiatrist reformation as her PCP doesn't seem to provide the best medication combo.

Rathbone and Associates have a full DBT program. I don't know cost but I do know they don't participate with insurance.
