Trust the Gonal F overfill?

Do you trust the dosage that you get after the pen is ostensibly empty. For example, I have a 300iu pen that I have technically emptied. I just turned up the dosage to 150, injected myself, and it gave me supposedly a 75 iu injection. Can I trust that 75ius actually came out of the "empty" pen?
