URGENT: Nanny in Naples, Italy or Hotel with Childcare???

I just found out that I'm going to have to go to Naples for a business trip in 3 weeks. I want to bring the baby (8mo) b/c I'm still nursing. Can anyone please give me leads on childcare while I'm in 2 days of meetings?
