Travel forms - what do you need to travel with a child? Found some interesting options.

We're traveling overseas and I needed to get travel documents together fast.

After tons of research online I finally came across this site and thought I would share (I have no financial affiliation with this company) It was easy to fill out info, etc. They also have forms for caregivers, medical authorization forms. It's really comprehensive and only about $15 per form (that is $15 to complete the form and have a fully legally binding document).

They were just featured on ABC and unfortunately in light of the recent Air France tragedy many parents are looking for legal travel documents.
