Light-weight luggage piece for Teen

Anonymous
Seeking suggestions.

DS has outgrown his "kid" suitcase, and am looking to get him a new lightweight with wheels piece for an upcoming trip to CA.
He'll carry on a backpack, but can check this new piece.

Thanks!

If you want something he can have for a while and is a little more adult I have had good luck finding samsonite and Tumi bags at Tj Maxx and Nordstrom Rack.

We have the LL Bean and a similar Eddie Bauer, the only thing about them is that they are only 2 wheels, I have 3 kids 11-15 and they all prefer the 4 wheels/spinners. We just came back from a trip with 2 large spinners and the carry on size LL Bean (so significantly smaller) and the LL Bean was the one nobody wanted to pull.

However, the really nice thing about the LL and EB bags is that when they are empty they are really flat. So they are great for stashing when not using, cruises, sharing hotel rooms, etc. And for shoving more stuff into the car.

I just ordered my daughter a Lipault suitcase- which is soft and spins. They are fairly "feminine" but I'm sure there is a more masculine similar bag.

Try LLbean quickload-medium or http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/86933?feat=904-GN1&page=excursion-rolling-gear-bag-medium

Do you really need help with this? They sell literally a thousand different carry-on suite cases that would work. Can't you just shop around and pick one with needing help? Your a mother after all.

They have a great selection at my local Marshalls. I got ds a great very light bag there the other day. No matter how much you spend, a bag is going to get beat up, so I'd rather pay less and just replace it more often.

Briggs & Riley sells great luggage. They have a lifetime guarantee too. May as well get something that he'll take with him to college. (L.L.bean and lands end also have great 100% guarantees)

You should work on your grammar. You are (or you're) a mother, after all.
