| I am a highly-skilled specialist in a very specific field.Recently I have been offered a managerial position in a prestigious organizations. The thing is, although I know my trade very well, I've never managed people, I have a strong accent, and often suffer from social anxiety. I am generally well liked but also tend to be quiet. Would you recommend any books on leadership and effective communication? Thank you. |
