Anybody not experience fatigue during first trimester?

Anonymous
I'm about 5 w 3 d and have been experiencing virtually no symptoms. I'm slightly more tired than usual and am peeing a little more often. Though I attribute the more frequent bathroom trips to my increased consumption of water.

I was lucky w/my previous pregnancies in that I didn't have any m/s or nausea. Though I remember being pretty tired during the first trimester. I would be tired to the point of almost falling asleep while reading my daughter her pre-nap stories and passing out on the couch at night was a given. Not so this time around so I'm pretty worried (doesn't help that I've had two miscarriages in the past).

Is there anybody out there that didn't experience the fatigue and went on to have a successful pregnancy?

TIA

5 w 3days is still very very early. The fatigue might come later, it did for me.

Every pregnancy is different. So thought certain symptoms might be particularly common, just because you don't have some pregnancy symptoms does not mean you will not have a successful pregnancy.
And, as PP said, you are still early. I really started noticing the fatigue around 8 or 9 weeks.

I was still feeling pretty good at that point. My symptoms really kicked in around 7 weeks.

I didn't experience fatigue during my first trimester (I'm currently 34 weeks PG). I did experience some in my second trimester, though, and to some degree now during my third.

no symptoms in a recent pregnancy, for me that meant a miscarriage.

Successful pregnancy now, extreme fatigue and nausea hit at 7 weeks.

OP here. Thanks for everyone's responses. They are definitely encouraging. I have an u/s tomorrow so I'm praying and hoping for a promising result.

With me, real fatigue started after 6 wks, I was just so tired - had just enough energy to go to work, come back home, scrape somehting to eat, crash on the couch, and then later on move to bed. It became much easier towards 12 wks. Also, I didn't really understand the full extent of how tired I was until I delivered and went back to my normal energy levels.

Fatiqued/naseuated with first child. No symptoms at all with second child! It scared me too, but I ended up just getting lucky

My fatigue didn't start until week 9 or so. At around 5 weeks, I was FULL of energy, jumping out of bed every morning and even at 6 on the weekends. Give yourself time, the pregnancy symptions will come.
