Fun Place To Take Two Little Boys This Weekend

Anonymous
Any fun overnight or day trips to take two little boys this weekend, ages 8 and 10? The enjoy pretty much anything. I'm kind of burnt out and off the top of my head just can't think of anything to do minus driving to the beach or to an amusement park (are they even open, I need to google that).

To grandma's house so that you can get a break. There was a couple on the Today Show from Australia who sent their kids to grandma's house every weekend. I got a laugh out of that one.

Harper's Ferry! We went last year at the suggestion of DCUM, and it was great. We camped in at a treehouse cabin place, then spent the day at the park/historic town, making some quick stops at some historic battle fields. It was gorgeous and the kids had fun.

I do think the amusement parks are open, so if the weather looks ok, they would love that. Any where with a pool is always a hit.

Amusement parks are definitely open! Hershey or King's Dominion would be fun.

Hershey would be awesome. Stay in a hotel with an indoor pool
