I haven't been on this cruise or itinerary but did a RC cruise last year, so I'll give these thoughts.
1) this is a big ship. One of the biggest out there. You'll pay more for all the amenities, so it's worth asking whether you'll actually use them. My kids loved the zip lining, trampoline and rock wall on our ship, but we had three sea days to enjoy them. If you're mostly going to be in port, or won't use those things, you're probably overpaying for this itinerary.
2) I as surprised but I found the "freestyle" dining to be a pain. You had to worry about reservation times, had to explain dietary issues and food preferences to new waiters each night, and we had some major problems with restaurants not being able to handle traffic flow/expedite service. I thought I would like freestyle dining, but it turns out that the ease of just showing up at your table with your waiter at your time is a real benefit. Also, there is not as much variation in menu within specific restaurants because they think you will go to different restaurants.
