| I noticed that sometimes my fingers look pruney (like if I had been washing dishes or after a bath) but my hands haven't been in water. Is this from dehydration? Does anyone else notice this? |
|
Do you have a sensation of them being cold or tingly? Have they turned colors (red, pale/white, or blue/purple)?

Probably a combination of poor circulation and slight dehydration.
Look up Raynaud's -- not uncommon in women. |
| Normal aging. Drink more water, use lotion. Are you usually hypervigilant about health issues? Then I'd say anxiety may be getting the better if you. |
I agree with this. I'm 47, in the throes of perimenopause, and one of the latest indignities is that my fingertips are starting to look mildly pruney. |
| Look up adrenal fatigue |

10:27 - yes. Is it that obvious? I do have anxiety. And I hate it. But I am also 43 so probably joining the world of perimenopause.
PP what do I do for adrenal fatigue? |
| I'm 38 and healthy but I have dry skin and for me, pruney fingertips are a sign that I'm dehydrated and need some lotion. |
Nothing. It's not a real condition. |
