Looking for a weekend getaway within 2-3 hours

Planning a family weekend (with parents, sisters and their families). I want it to be somewhere 2-3 hours from here - BUT NOT THE BEACH.
Would need a hotel or rent a house for 3 nights for 8 aduts and 4 kids in July. Ideas? |
