| We are considering sending our daughter to Louise Archer -'does anyone know when the school is scheduled to be renovated? Any information on when and if SACC will be offered? Thank you. |
| I don't even think it's on the schedule. No plans for SACC anytime soon. |
I haven't heard of any talk of renovations either, but the teachers more than make up for the age of the school.
And the kids love being in the modulars, which boggles my mind. |

The school is scheduled to receive renovation funding in 2021 and money for an addition in 2025. http://www.insidenova.com/news/education/fairfax/vienna-officials-grudgingly-extend-trailer-use-at-elementary-school/article_dc46dc48-696b-11e6-97e9-bb8529890a6f.html

| Been a LA parent for nearly a decade. Those trailers and modular have been there since at least 2004. The school has never had SACC and I'm told and observed that there is zero space to house the program. The school is maxed out- limited parking, pocket playground adjacent to parking lot, modular abuts JMHS fields. Specialists have offices in former closets. |
| There is no SACC and no plans for it. We go to SACC at Vienna with maybe a dozen LAES kids, more of them go to Flint Hill SACC. |
One of mine is in the modular this year, and it's a far cry from the crappy trailer classrooms we had back in the day. I was surprised at how nice the mod is when we've been there for conferences. There are bathrooms out there as well. |
Agree - the schools that feed Louise Archer technically are nicer and more spacious but we are finding Louise Archer to be outstanding due to the teachers and curriculum. The parents and children are nicer as well. |
