Rest or move around after FET?

My first FET (which was successful), I was told to rest for the rest of the day and take it easy. My second FET, unsuccessful, I was told by my dr that that is no longer the recommended advice because they want to increase bloodflow to the area (Although I rested anyways since it worked with the first). Now going into my third FET, I am wondering what others have been told. I have to travel 2 days after the transfer this time. So I can rest (in theory) for 2 days but then will be on the go.

So, question - what are people doing the day or two following transfer? Sleeping the whole time, walking around, going back to work?

I did bedrest for 2 days after 2 FETs. Both got BFP. I will definitely rest after transfer. I feel it's like re-pot a plant, you need to let it stay in the shade for a couple of days

I think bedrest is unnecessary, but taking it easy is good. I've given up on a lot of my TWW superstitions at this point. Just try to treat yourself well.

I came home from transfer and took my dog on a short walk--no bed rest. I wanted to keep my blood moving to my ute!
