IAAT test for non AAP kids

Is there a place where kids not in 6th grade AAP math can take IAAT test. We joined the school system late and my son missed AAP by few points.
Can this test be administered by private units like WISC-V is done?

No.

I suggest asking the AART at your school about 6th grade advanced math placement. The IAAT is given to all 6th grade advanced math students, so your child would be included that way.

It is OFFERED, but it comes with a letter highly discouraging kids from taking it! You as a parent can decline it if you don't think your child will be taking Algebra I in 7th grade. The school system seems to be encouraging parents to decline the IAAT, but yes, it is offered.

Is he in the accelerated math class? Both my children were not AAP full time, but they were in what used to be called compacted math and they both took the test.
