New bell schedules for 16-17

We just got an email that our school's schedule is shifting 10 minutes. There was what seems to be a generic blurb at the end:

The bell schedule adjustments reflect efforts to improve transportation for all students. 15 of the 142 elementary schools will be adjusted 5 minutes, and 16 schools will be adjusted 10 minutes. FCPS currently has 25 schools on the bell schedule 9:20 am – 4:05 pm and will be having 12 additional schools migrating to this bell schedule in order to accommodate on-time arrival and bus scheduling efficiencies lacking from last year.

Sounds like they're moving more schools to the 9:20am - 4:05pm schedule. The school my son is scheduled to start K at is already at 9:20, so I guess there's no chance of them moving the time earlier

IME, there are tweaks almost every year from 5-15 minutes.
