We always use our bank...just walk in and ask if they have one available. I've also used a bank where we don't have an account--usually for a small fee. SUPER-fast too!

In the shirlington strip mall across from the movie theatre is a mail box store next to or near the Enterprise rent a car. I run there for my notary stuff.

Is there still a UPS store in Shirlington? That's where I used to go. I think most UPS stores have notaries on staff.
