Need Psycologist (not Physicaritrist) recommendation

Looking for person who is good with smart manipulative boys middle school, ADHD, kids with computer addictions.
We are not interested in medication.
This is mostly behavior issues.
We live in Rockville, and have Cigna PPO for behavior.
Need preferably person that takes insurance.

I would call Brit Rathbone's practice. They are in Cabin John and Rockville. Unfortunately they don't take insurance but are known for working with the population you describe.

Your other option is Joe Wilson, MSW in Bethesda. He does take insurance and works well with boys.

Rathbone have very good reputation, but quite costly and usually have huge waiting line.
