| Normal. I used to do them 2x a day. I'd set my alarm for an hour before I normally woke up, and I'd insert one. Then take a shower at my normal time. Then do one before bed. |

| I always assumed it was mostly the contents of the capsule but I don't know for sure. Use a liner, it's normal. |

It's the capsule dissolving and some comes out. I'm on Estrase as well, which is blue, so I have bright turquoise discharge! It's truly bizarre to see that color on your pantyliner!

| Yes, with the pio shots you do not have the discharge, so it's not something your body makes in response to progesterone. |
