Can I apply for 2 jobs in 2 different cities at same company?

| We are considering staying in DC or moving to NY. I applied for a job in DC through employer's website last week. Today a new position opened at that same employer but in NY so I was thinking of applying. Is that an absolute no no? Bad message to send to a company that I don't know what I want? Recruiter will think I am unstable? |

| Yes you can do that. I've done it many times, and mostly nobody notices. If they do notice, they will assume you are willing to live in either place. Some jobs are even advertised with the option to work in two or more different locations. |
