Books on/for kids with anxiety

Anonymous
Someone on here recommended a book for kids with anxiety and I wrote it down but now I can't find the paper or the original thread. It was something about "without worry" or "without anxiety", I think. It's not "what to do when you worry too much" ... I have that one and LOVE it.

So can you guys throw out your recommendations? This is for my 8yo DC .. I don't know if the book was read-to or if it's meant to be read by a younger elem kid. I'll take all recommendations though.

It's called "The Opposite of Worry." We found it extremely helpful.

Yes, it's geared for parents and is both practical and insightful.

I haven't read this one, but have another one in the What To Do Kids series. It is for kids and based on CBT principles. My kid really enjoyed the one for him.
