Is the OP of this thread trolling is to promote her book? It seems like there are quite a few defensive responses with the same tone.

I didn't even know she has a book coming out, but I thought she was promoting her article. I was letting the article promotion go and I guess, since the book is on a completely different topic, I don't have a problem in that regard either. Moreover, the OP doesn't appear to be getting a lot of love. So, she is earning whatever benefit, if any, she gets.

Jeff - might you consider locking this thread now? The language is getting out of hand and I think it's more than just one poster. Might just be easier to lock than to bother policing individual violators as I'm not sure there's any continuing benefit to the discussion.
