We just moved here (and away from our fully-executed copies of our wills, advance directives, etc). Along the way we've acquired a son for whom we need to make provisions somewhat different than those that were in that first set of documents, so a cut and paste won't do it.
This is not a complex estate: 401ks and IRAs and life insurance proceeds will roll to those named, any cash rolls in to the estate. If anything, I'd anticipate one possible hitch in the form of possibly needing a financial guardian for our son who would be different from the physical, legal one. Anyone have attorneys to suggest for this work in this area at a fair price (and what was that price)? Thanks-- |
