How do you keep track of your gym class options?

Anonymous
I'm trying to incorporate more exercise into my daily routine. I am not a runner, so I'm trying to take classes at our family gym. If I don't have something on my daily schedule, it doesn't happen. I'm trying to figure out how to stay aware of my daily exercise options so I don't waste time and then realize I can't make the class beginning in ten minutes. When I look at the gym's schedule, I can see several classes each day that I might be able to make and/or are interesting to me. However, I am not sure how to keep aware of them all. For instance, if I add the potential classes to my calendar, I can't see all of my activities or appointments and my calendar looks overwhelming. If I tape the gym calendar to my desk area, I forget about the classes until I sit down, realize I have a bit of time, and then realize the class begins in five minutes or is not scheduled today. To those of you that attend multiple classes, how do you stay organized and aware? Thanks.

Pick one class, write it on your calendar. Go to that class. If you want to add another, look at schedule, add another one to your calendar. Repeat as needed.
