Tipping at the kids club?

We just got back from an all inclusive with a great kids club. One of our children loved their activities and participated in many at the resort. We didn't use it as drop off babysitting, if that makes a difference, but maybe we will if we go back in the future. There were three woman working with the children all week and putting on these events through the resort. What is standard to tip? I know it depends on how much you use a service but I didn't have any idea. We gave each $20 at the end of the week since that was the cash I had.

That's what I gave, there were 5 people in the club and i tipped $20 each.

We don't tip at those. Oh well.
