| His shadowy banking details definitely need to come out. That will reveal patterns of clients and payouts to victims. |

^ Better yet Parliament needs to officially strip Andrew of ANY royal protection.
Next step, have the new "commoner" extradited to the U.S. under the governing treaty. Put him on trial, call witnesses and see the evidence. ALL the evidence ... Double criminality: A core principle is that the offense for which extradition is sought must be a crime in both the UK and the U.S. Punishment threshold: The crime must be punishable by imprisonment for more than one year in both countries. Evidence requirements: The requesting country must provide evidence sufficient for the requested country to justify the committal for trial. Scope of crimes: The treaty covers a wide range of serious crimes, including terrorism, violent crimes, organized crime, and white-collar crime. Legal basis: The process is governed by the 2003 Extradition Act in the UK and the 2003 treaty in the U.S.. |

If the DOF/Feds don't want to pursue then perhaps a very vocal state prosecutor can initiate.
If the conduct is only a state crime (e.g., sexual assault under New York Penal Law), then: The state prosecutor (e.g., Manhattan DA) files charges. The DA requests the DOJ’s Office of International Affairs to make the extradition request on behalf of the state. The U.S. Secretary of State transmits that request to the U.K. Even though it’s a state case, the federal government must formally send the extradition request. |

| Or perhaps MANY vocal state prosecutors can do the same ... |

Wrong, the monarch has the power to do this unilaterally by issuing letters patent. Removing him from the line of succession requires an act of parliament, and possibly of all the commonwealth parliaments - but it’s not really a major issue given that William, his three children, and Harry and his two children would all have to perish in order for rapey Andy to even come into the picture in this regard. https://theconversation.com/no-longer-prince-andrew-an-expert-on-how-royals-can-be-stripped-of-their-titles-268766#:~:text=Prince%20Andrew%20will%20be%20stripped%20of%20his,style%2C%20titles%20and%20honours%20of%20Prince%20Andrew. |

Virginia Giuffre was murdered. The media needs to stop referring to her death as a suicide. Copied from the above link: Amy Wallace, the American journalist who spent four years ghostwriting the autobiography, said Prince Andrew's accuser was worried about her ‘physical safety and threats’ ... Ms Wallace said: "She (Ms Giuffre) also had threats from people, indirectly or directly, saying: 'Take our names out of your mouth, or else'." |
I wonder if the real reason trump doesn't want the files released because it involves absolute proof of money laundering by Trump. |
