Does anyone know what it costs for semen analysis and ovarian reserve testing? I assume it's not covered by insurance.

Semen analysis- $75. Don't remember specifically what ovarian reserve testing costs because it was grouped in with my HSG and other blood work.

depends on insurance; mine covers investigating the causes of infertility, just not treating it via IVF or IUI.

+1 most insur covers infertility testing (with exception of optional genetic testing) just not treatment. Sg will check with your insur and tell you what's not covered if you go there.
