Divorce lawyer and therapist recs for fairfax county?

I need to leave my husband. Out marriage has been bad for years but his screaming is escalating and I need to come up with a plan for myself and our 2 elementary aged kids. Does anyone have a lawyer they would recommend? And a therapist - I am going to need support from someone. He has spent so long telling me what a bad wife I am that I am starting to believe it though logically I know I am not . Thanks

I left a verbally and occasionally physically abusive marriage. My lawyer is Julia Boone at Hirsch and Ehlenberger in Reston. She has been great so far (I am six months in).

I used Sean Schmergel for my custody/visitation/support agreements and I thought he was very good. He was patient with my ex's slacker attorney and at one point when he had to deliver some unpleasant news to my ex and my ex yelled at him, he was very diplomatic.
