Miami beach spa or something similar?

| Our nanny's birthday is coming up and soon after she is taking a week off and will be going to Miami beach. Can anyone recommend a nice spa or restaurant (that a late 20 something would enjoy) so I can get her a gift certificate. (It's also her two year anniversary with us so I don't mind it being something a bit more expensive). |
