My child was a preschooler the last time we were in Jamaica, but there were a slew of toddlers having a wild time at the resort where we stayed -- The Rose Hall Resort. It was lovely. They have a zero depth entry pool that has a large shallow swimming area and a lazy river. It also has a large water slide and a series of smaller water slides. We took our preschooler on the smaller water slides and either slid down with her or went ahead of her and had her slide down to one of us. Lots of guests were doing the same things with their toddlers. It has a beach that is very calm -- no crashing waves at all. Restaurant/bar at the pool so you don't have to leave to go eat. They were putting in a kids club when we were there so I can't speak to that since we did not use it. The rooms were lovely. There is a golf course if you golf. There is a lovely spa which I enjoyed. They have an all inclusive plan. It was a very nice relaxing vacation.

I think there is also a Beaches outpost or two in Jamaica and those are made for kids.
