Autism mandate in DC?

Is there a similar mandate in DC to MARYLAND? For reimbursement and coverage? I feel like my health provider (BCBS) is covering less and less after the deductible and their made up ridiculously low projection of what therapies should cost in their fantasy land.

A limited one at least as of 2015 -- see this website and scroll down the page until you reach the DC section.

CareFirst has a reputaiton for being very low on reimbursement rates for all services, not just these therapies.

We have Carefirst in the District and it *should* cover ABA but DH's employer opted out through a loophole. To be fair it's a small organization with many older people on the plan and we're the only ones who need ABA, but still! So yes mandate, but loop holes.
