Question about a thread in off topic

Could one of the parenting forums be a better place for a thread about choosing to work or stay at home? I feel like these threads are started and they become so mean every single time. Could there be a sticky topic in one of the parenting forums for those who can't get enough of the WOHM vs SAHM debate? Then every time someone feels the urge to create another thread about this they could be referred to the sticky topic. It's just so negative and hateful and depressing. Thanks for reading.

I really don't know what to do about the SAHM/WOHM threads. I really don't want them clogging up the parenting forums, so I actually prefer them in Off-Topic. But, I see the argument that they don't belong there either. For the time being, I'll leave that one alone.
