Camps for a child with physical disability and medical issues

We are looking for a camp for our DS who is 10 years old and has multiple disabilities as well some medical issues. Most of the camps we have found are for children with milder issues, mostly sensory challenges. Wondering where parents with children that have more significant challenges send their children to camp.

I was filing the other day and came across stuff from several years ago. My son goes to a MCPS which has a program for kids with physical disabilies. They sent home a flyer for the camp. I think it was Project Discovery.

I don't know anything about it, but if if is co-sponsored with MCPS, so I guess you have to be a MCPS to attend. I guess you could still call and find out about it and if your child doesn't go to school in MCPS, maybe they have some suggestions of where else to go.

Camp JCC is fantastic (Montgomery County). Full inclusion. But it's very late in the process for this, OP. Applications started in November.
