Busch gardens with a toddler

| I posted earlier about accommodation suggestions in Tampa. That is squared away. My friend told me we would hate Busch Gardens with a toddler and that lines will be crazy over spring break this month. Anyone else did that with a young child and have any suggestions? TIA |
