Experience with First Baptist Church Child Development Center in Clarendon?

Have you had a baby in this daycare? Would appreciate your experience there.

Our 9 month old is there and we LOVE it. Yes, she's gotten sick and we're just now getting over RSV (no fun), but overall, we love the program, love our teachers, love the other parents.

She started in September (when most of the kids start the "new year") and she's in the Creepers class. My neighbor's baby is in one of the rooms, too, and she loves it. They have the babies do little art projects almost every day, they send home a newsletter once a month, they do circle time with the babies, go for walks when the weather is nice, read books, etc. It's a wonderful place (or at least, we think so!) The teachers are especially warm and very loving with the babies. You can really tell how much it matters to them that the babies are happy.

Thanks PP -- what you said is exactly what I've hear about the daycare. My only worry is how to make sure our baby stays healthy, to the extent possible, in a day care environment.
