Wondfo opk timing

I need help timing sex with wondfos. My doc said to do every other day after you get the positive. But last month I got the faint positive Friday and darker Saturday so we had sex fri sat and sun. Doc said we should have done sex sat and Monday. Got the dark line tonight. Sex tomorrow night and Thursday night ? Wednesday night and Friday night?? Tonight tomorrow and Friday nights?

Unless there's a sperm issue I think you can do it every night.

The key day is usually thought to be the day after you get peak fertility. So I think Sat for you? I use digital not wondfos so I can't translate that to dark or light lines

There are no light or dark positives on wondfo. You will always have two lines. You should probably use a digital. When you get ewcm start having sex every day and checking opk's twice a day.

PP here. Have sex tonight and tomorrow night and the following night. The sperm need to be there waiting for the egg. Sperm can live for longer than the egg. My RE said sperm usually live 18-24 hrs in vagina (can theoretically live 5 days, but unlikely) and the egg only lives 8-12 hrs so sperm need to be waiting.

Are you temping? If so you may be able to see a pattern as to how long between getting a positive (a true, dark positive) and when you ovulate. For me it tends to be 24 to 36 hours. If I get a positive in the morning, I know I will likely ovulate the next day. If I get a positive for the first time in the evening, ovulation could be the next day or the day after.

I also find the Wondfos a bit hard to read, so I combine them with Clearblue OPKs. Between the two of them I can usually target which is the true positive.

You need to brush up on what a positive OPK looks like. There will almost always be two lines. The second line needs to be the same darkness as the control (or very very close). If the 2nd line is light, it is negative. It's not the same as the HCG/pregnancy test rule where a 2nd line of any color indicates a positive result.

I'd have sex the day you get your positive OPK, and the day after.
