Reccomend a good, but cheap tinted moisturizer

I tried my friend's Bobbi Brown tinted moisturizer, which felt and looked great. But I want to buy something basic from one of the brands available at CVS or Riteaid. Does anybody have one they recommend?

I love love love Neutrogena's Skin Enhancer. It's SPF 20, provides a sheer tint of color, and has a light moisturizer in it. Not sure how much it costs, but it's under $15 at CVS.
