Not Dark Drama

I have nothing against dark dramas, and have watched many, but am looking for something that is not too gruesome, violent, creepy, or sad.

I have seen and like and am looking for something similar to:
Friday Night Lights
The Good Wife
Downton Abbey
Parenthood


I have seen and do not like:
Scandal
Revenge


Have also seen and like, but am looking for something less dark:

I've lately been going through a teen phase, so I watched and really enjoyed Felicity and the Gilmore Girls. Now I am watching Dawson's Creek, which isn't as good as the other two but has a young Joshua Jackson to keep things interesting.
