Thoughts on Navy ES?

We are considering buying a house zoned for Navy ES. I don't know much about the school and it doesn't seem to be discussed very much on this forum. Thoughts on teachers and the atmosphere there? DS would be entering 1st grade. Thanks!

My only complaint is that it's a big school and crowded. That being said, the faculty is excellent and the PTO is wonderful. A close community with good kids.

We know a couple navy Es families. They are happy.
