They were using her because she was easy. She had nothing they wanted or needed.

She was constantly scooping dirt and stoking drama to lower the value of players. To the benefit of whom? Coaches she was...chummy with.

She wasn't actually that good at her job.

Theory is the “scoops” and smears she blasted out were fed to her by men she was sleeping with; coaches, execs, agents.

She actually was paid pretty well if you believe some of the stories that have come out from this. Let's say 10x

Mike Vrabel makes something like $15M-20M a year. Another coach she is allegedly linked to, Sean Payton, makes $18M a year.

OK so the Patriots dropped the bag for him, but I was thinking more his prior salary. She allegedly was one of the highest paid people at the Athletic, but no way to find out for sure. It's not like they're posting contracts, but similar people get paid in the millions.

You can take the girl out of the Bronx, but you cannot take the Bronx out of the girl.

She is straight-up gross. I could see a "hit it and quit it" situation if I were out of town and had nothing better to do.

However, having an actual affair type relationship with her reeks of hard-upness.

I think that rumor she made $1.5M a year is bullsh*t. I'd guess more in the $300K-500K range. But who really knows.

Against the rules, bylaws and resolutions. Can and should cost them massive fines, suspension of coaches and/or execs, and loss of draft picks. But the NFL is a cartel, so I wouldn't hold my breath for anyone to be held accountable.

Can you cite the rules he violated?

Probably not. Probably signed an airtight prenup

This is so funny. He’s going to be hounded until he resigns. And I guarantee more women come forward.

Meh. Kobe Bryant survived his cheating scandal. And died beloved. People move on.

If you marry a professional athlete type, expect "cheating". It's part of the basis of the bargain. Consider yourself lucky if it does not happen. Exceptions might apply if you're a high school sweetheart type, but nothing beyond that.
