She is quickly going to piss off the judge. And confirms once again, her lawyers are mid, at best. |
Lol |
Mind blown. She literally seems to think she can say a lawyer is picking on her after all of her stunting. Who would hire her again? |
How is Blake Lively going to get through these legal proceedings with all these demands? No, I'm actually asking -- how is she going to get through these demands and what other inane requests do the lawyers here expect she'll make? |
lol 🤣🤣🤣 And just wait until Taylor Swift is called into a depo. 😬💥💥 |
She won’t. They’re cooked. They’ll have to settle and walk all this back. |
Who would you suggest here? |
My bet is her lawyers will let this drag for awhile, placating her ridiculous demands because hey, they’re getting paid either way |
^ and I say this as a lawyer. Gotta hit those billable targets, KWIM? |
Also my bet. Where's their PR? Are they ever all in a room together strategizing? Because it seems not. This is so ridiculous. |
The NYTimes' approach to its smear campaign article still confuses me. It sounds like they should be safe if they're claiming all they did was report on the content of Lively's complaint. But if they went through all that effort to review the text messages and talk to Lively herself, wouldn't Justin's defamation case be stronger? I know nothing about the law though, so maybe I'm wrong. |

I do. And yes. |
DP. I think they are already representing one of the PR agencies. But point taken. |
Yes, the more they allege that is not "according to the complaint," the greater the risk to them, but I don't think it's an enormous risk. |
