I think there should be carveouts like incest, rape and obviously medical problems and complications. I just don’t think a mom should be able to terminate at 4 months as a form of birth control.

Women also bear the consequences of giving birth now - fistulas, c sections, incontinence, infections, depression, tears, scars, blood clots, varicose veins, abruptions .... For men it's always been less than a minute of effort.

I always got the sense that a lot of people, especially liberal legal scholars, liked Roe for its results, but knew that it was a decision based on weak legal grounds.

A bad legal decision is still bad, even if you’re happy with its results.
